RULES AND REGULATIONS OF “WAWA CAMP”

§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The purpose of these Rules is to protect the rights of all guests (hereinafter referred to as “guests”) of the campsite.
  2. These Rules define the obligations of guests regarding their conduct during their stay on the premises and the manner of using the provided technical devices and equipment.

§ 2 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF GUESTS

  1. The stay at the campsite lasts from 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day.
  2. Immediately upon arrival at the campsite, the guest is required to check in at the reception.
  3. Persons not registered at the campsite may stay on the premises from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, provided that they notify the reception in advance and obtain consent.
  4. After the end of the stay period, guests are required to report their departure or extend their stay and pay an additional fee.
  5. For reasons beyond the control of the campsite management (strong winds, rain, weather changes, early departure), previously paid fees are non-refundable.
  6. The campsite may refuse admission to tourists who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the campsite rules, caused damage to the campsite property, other tourists’ property, or personal injury to a tourist, campsite employee, or other persons present on the premises, or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of guests or the operation of the campsite. Admission may also be refused to tourists who are visibly under the influence of alcohol or intoxicating substances and behave aggressively or in a manner commonly considered vulgar. Guests disturbing the peace or using the campsite contrary to the rules may be removed from the premises without the right to any refund of previously paid fees or compensation.

§ 3 USE OF THE CAMPSITE

  1. The location for setting up equipment, tents, and guest vehicles is designated by the campsite staff.
  2. Staying is permitted only within the designated areas.
  3. Guests are prohibited from changing their designated spot without prior permission from the reception staff.
  4. Before leaving the campsite, the guest is required to clean and leave the area they occupied in an undamaged condition.

§ 4 USE OF TECHNICAL DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT

  1. Guests may use electrical and communal devices as well as equipment. Devices and equipment may only be used in accordance with their original intended purpose.
  2. The use of electrical appliances (such as cookers, refrigerators, air conditioners, etc.) that are not standard camping equipment is prohibited. The use of heating devices and fan heaters is also prohibited.
  3. Washing dishes and laundry may only take place in areas designated for this purpose.
  4. Washing vehicles, changing oil, etc., is prohibited on the campsite premises.
  5. Washbasins, sinks, showers, urinals, and toilets must be used properly and in accordance with their intended purpose; guests must be aware that these are shared sanitary facilities used by all campsite guests.

§ 5 STORAGE OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS AND LIABILITY FOR INJURIES ON THE CAMPSITE PREMISES

  1. Guests are responsible for taking care of their property and personal belongings left on the campsite premises.
  2. The campsite management is not liable for loss or damage to guests’ property, nor for accidents or injuries resulting from the guests’ own fault.

§ 6 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

  1. Waste bins placed around the campsite are intended for disposing of rubbish.
  2. Throwing rubbish outside designated bins is prohibited.
  3. Guests are required to keep their occupied area clean and tidy.
  4. Breaking branches, damaging trees (e.g. driving nails), or cutting down trees is prohibited.

§ 7 ORDER AND QUIET

  1. Guests are required to maintain order and peace.
  2. Quiet hours apply on the campsite from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  3. The use of radios and TV sets, loud conversations, or singing that may cause noise on the campsite premises is prohibited.

§ 8 OTHER RULES

  1. Dogs may stay on the campsite premises and in its immediate vicinity only when kept on a leash and under the owner’s control. The owner is responsible for the animal while it is on the campsite. Pet owners are required to ensure safety and cleanliness and to possess a valid certificate of vaccination against rabies.
  2. Guests are required to report any damage, malfunction of installations or equipment, and any violations of these Rules to the reception staff.
  3. WAWA CAMP is part of the WAWA WAKE sports and recreational facility – the use of attractions and recreational infrastructure located on the premises is subject to a fee in accordance with the price list available at www.wawawake.pl.
  4. Guests are required to comply with the regulations of the WAWA WAKE facility, of which the campsite is a part.

§ 9 CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES ON THE CAMPSITE PREMISES

  1. Guests are required to comply with all provisions of these Rules.
  2. If a guest is found to be violating the prohibitions set out in these Rules, the campsite management may refuse further stay on the premises.
  3. Additional information is provided by the reception staff.
  4. All other matters not covered by these Rules should be individually agreed upon with the campsite manager.
